Chris Mehl’s career began in the field, building and operating a successful window washing company and working hands-on with façade access systems. That ground-level experience gave him a deep, practical understanding of safety, compliance, and operational realities that most industry leaders simply do not have. After selling his company, Chris identified a critical gap in California’s market — the absence of a full-service Cal/OSHA compliant SIT provider capable of designing, installing, maintaining, and inspecting façade access and rooftop equipment under one single organization. He founded FEIS to fill that gap and raise the standard for safety, regulatory compliance, and accountability across the built environment. Under his leadership, FEIS continues to expand its market presence and deliver trusted, client-centered solutions throughout Southern California.
