Jose Carrillo brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in window washing, building safety, and inspection services to his role at FEIS. Throughout his career, Jose has developed deep expertise in evaluating complex building systems to ensure they meet all required safety and compliance standards. In his role as Lead Supervisor, Jose is responsible for prescribing repair orders for buildings that do not pass inspection, helping owners address deficiencies and create safer environments for end users and building occupants. His meticulous and detail-oriented approach ensures that every inspection is conducted with the highest level of precision and accountability, upholding FEIS’s standards of excellence at every stage.
