When John Doe contacted FEIS regarding their commercial property in California, the rooftop facade access equipment had not been inspected or load tested within the required timeframe. FEIS conducted a full 10 year load testing program prescribed by our licensed engineer of record, following all requirements under Cal-OSHA Article 6, Section 3296. Every element of the building’s rooftop suspension equipment was put through complete operational testing, thoroughly documented, and assessed against current safety and compliance standards. The result was a professional certification report stamped by a California licensed engineer of record.
Upon completion, FEIS delivered a full certification package to the client, including detailed test results, photographic documentation, and a complete compliance record ready for review by the Division and by the employer at any time.
